Well furnished villa, every detail of a holiday home considered, good quality finished and the bathrooms are large with outside showers in the rooms downstairs. its 5 min drive to the Baking gate of Pilanesberg game reserve.

Bring your own groceries for all meals or arrange a private chef, there are no decent dinning options in the state

Modern, comfortable spacious rooms and beautiful views

No fire place. All gas operated braais and fire places, including bonfire area. Not the atmosphere we were expecting.

Lovely unit so well equipped, furnished and beautiful outlook

The extractor fan is the most ridiculous height. My husband must have knocked his head 10 times in the 2 days. Sounds minor but it is really annoying

The villas are amazing. This one had 4 rooms and each was exactly the same. Pretty much 4 main bedrooms all ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all the amenities. The pool was clean and everything was just lovely. It is new and looked after.

A cleaner stole some airpods. I called security and told them to come as we caught him with it in his pocket. The said they would come. 30 minutes later I called again to be told to be patient as they were on lunch. My brother went to reception and found the GM. He came to the house and had also then called security who then met him there. The cleaner was searched and removed. I was told by George that he would make contact with me, and 28 days later I have not heard a thing. We only had one full day to enjoy at the villas as I had booked 2 nights. This ruined our day. I thought I would at least get a letter of apology or even offered a discount to return. Nothing has come through. Without this poor experience, they would have got a 9 out of 10.
