The views
The access in the rain with horrible insects flying all over the face, while struggling to locate the front door. House Access when it’s raining is terrible.

It's a beautiful estate, and the location of the house is amazing. Great views and easy quick access to the boathouse.
The water hyacinth covered the entire area in front of the house stopping us from fishing, bringing with it lots of bugs, and it's busy decomposing so the smell was sometimes rather unpleasant. There are also ongoing renovations which would've been nice to know about.
