Great location, house was impeccable

No heating option on AC

Location Size-very spacious All bedrooms were en-suite Huge TV Plenty of towels Underfloor heating in some rooms

Needs a professional clean between stays. Very dusty in places that don’t get cleaned often. Huge ant problem. Tv was locked, we could log into any streaming services. Ice machine not working. Fireplace not working (only in winter for safety reasons 🤷🏻‍♂️) Air conditioning is for cold air only, no heating. Some maintenance needed on outside deck and lights. Solar geyser is not suitable for a 5 bedroom house. Guests had to wait 30-45 minutes for geyser to warm up using manual override each time. Suggestion to heat pool.

The place is very beautiful. Samantha was a very active and helpful host. She was always available to help with anything. The views of the dam was beautiful and there is ample space with 5 bedrooms to host just about anyone. This is definitely a place I would come back to

Self catering. Really nice house and location and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds.

All the administration needed for security and owner, could be a deal breaker. Once past that that, it became a smooth process. Also felt some maintenance outside is needed.
