In a wooded setting near Tence or Montfaucon-en-Velay, this beautiful granite house, a renovated former barn dating from 1870, boasts 2000 m² of unfenced, wooded grounds and a 19 m² enclosed terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage is attached to an unoccupied house, which itself is attached to another cottage.
Nearby: Tence (4 km): putting golf, fishing nearby or at the Bathelane pond, all shops and services; Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (12 km): 18-hole golf course, treetop adventure course, memorial museum, swimming in the Lignon river; Lavalette leisure park (12 km): swimming, hiking, sailing, rowing; Devesset (21 km): swimming, hiking, sailing; Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (16 km): gourmet village of Maisons Marcon, mushroom fair in November.
