This independent cottage of 60 m² is a detached house on two levels. Built in the heart of an estate of 2.5 hectares of wooded parkland, bordered by the river, it will delight nature lovers.
This house has on the first floor; a large entrance, a living room with kitchen and upstairs; two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The beds consist of a first bedroom with a double bed 140X200, a second bedroom with two single beds 90X200 and a sofa bed 130cms wide in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave grill, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle and all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. You will also find an iron, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner.
The exteriors consist of two terraces, one of which has a view of the large swimming pool of the estate (19*9m). The swimming pool is free and shared for all occupants of the estate.
This estate also has a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a children's play area.
In high season, a bar, a table d'hôtes and a take-away snack service is available to residents. It is also possible to order bread and pastries every day in July and August.
In terms of activities, the place, located on the Ardèche circuit, is ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Many hiking trails are also nearby. Village visits, farmers' markets, farm visits or trout fishing or tourist train will delight young and old.
