About this house rental

Close to ecotours, wildlife walks, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, or easily tackle the 13-minute drive to La Dolce Via Cycling Track.

After you return to this 1507-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and toilet paper. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include bed sheets, heating, limited housekeeping, and a dining table.

Maison confortable avec vue exceptionnelle mais manque d'un certain nombre d’équipement vu le standing et le prix de la location : absence de rideaux et volets, d'armoires/penderies, de lave linge (difficile donc si 8 personnes), de lave vaisselle (difficile donc si 8 personnes), vaisselle insuffisante (1 seule poêle impliquant de manger séparément à 4), pas d’égouttoir, plat à four, sèche cheveux, séchoir à linge (nous avions une corde heureusement!), table et chaises de terrasses en très mauvais état ne permettant de manger dehors, serviettes de toilette normalement non fournies et caution très importante (moitié du prix de la location) débitée au moment de la location et remboursée 3 semaines après le départ. bref, ajustements à apporter pour en faire une adresse parfaite.
