Welcome to our oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the Ardèche!
A moment to slow down, breathe and reconnect
Imagine a family home full of stories and memories, a place where four generations have rubbed shoulders, sharing unforgettable moments over time. Today, we open the doors of this timeless treasure to offer you an authentic experience in the unspoilt nature of the Ardèche
When you cross the threshold, you will immediately be seduced by the warm and comforting atmosphere of our home. Every corner of the house has been renovated with love and taste, preserving the soul of this house while offering you modern comforts. The heart of the house beats in the living room, where laughter and conversation have mingled over the years. An equipped kitchen awaits you to concoct delicious meals, gathering family and friends around a convivial table.
For starry nights, our house offers three charming bedrooms. The master suite with its private bathroom invites you to immerse yourself in a cocoon of softness while the children's bedroom, with a bunk bed, promises to delight your little adventurers. A last bedroom with a double bed has direct access to one of our terraces, where garden furniture welcomes you.
An outdoor area designed for your well-being awaits you. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy delicious meals and organize joyful barbecues. The petanque court will be the ideal place to engrave new memories with family or friends.
But the real pearl of our house lies in its private access to the river. Swimming and fishing will undoubtedly be on the program. On our vast private land on the banks of the river, a gentle atmosphere reigns under the majestic lime tree that embraces a wooden terrace, where deckchairs and armchairs await you to enjoy an inspiring break in peace, where cicadas cymbal to the melodious rustling of the water and bird songs. A hammock is installed by the river for a refreshing nap.
Our pretty family home opens its doors to offer you an unforgettable experience and immerse you in the heart of unspoilt nature and an atmosphere imbued with authenticity in the heart of the Ardèche chestnut grove.

ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA:
At 4 km "Les escapades d' Artemis" for a day or 1/2 day live an unforgettable experience in the company of a donkey to the rhythm of its step on specifically marked paths in a preserved nature (only on RVD)
25 minutes away adventure course Aquarock site, descent of the Eyrieux, aquatic hiking, discovery of standup paddle on the Eyrieux Sport site, bike rental for a ride on the DOLCE VIA (old rehabilitated railway) to be done on foot, by bike (classic or electric).
Cyclobogue in St Pierreville (6kms) offers you the rental of electric bikes, You can travel the roads around the chestnut grove
Nearby, thematic visits (wool, silk, old milling, large renowned ice cream parlour), exhibitions, visits to the surrounding villages and their markets with local products.

L'accueil à notre arrivée a été merveilleux. Les propriétaires nous ont indiqués les activités incontournables à faire dans cette magnifique région. Nous nous sommes sentis très vite comme chez nous et avons passés d'excellentes soirées sur une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes qui apportent repos et sérénité. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour ressourçant. Nous reviendrons a coup sûr car notre séjour a été trop court. Les propriétaires ont été merveilleux et très a l'écoute de nos besoins avec notre petit garçon de deux ans.
