This single-storey cottage of 51 m² has been converted into a former silk mill. In the heart of the green Ardèche, the Domaine de Clarat, with its 2.5 hectares of wooded park bordered by the river "Le Doux", will delight nature lovers.
This accommodation has two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, separate toilets and a private terrace.
The beds consist of a first bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200, a second bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 (or a double bed of 180 x 200) and a sofa bed of 130 cms wide in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi grill oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pod, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. You will also find an iron, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner.
The exteriors consist of a private terrace with its furniture and a set of green spaces of 2.5 shared hectares. This estate, on the edge of the river, has a large swimming pool (19x9m). ). The swimming pool is free and shared for all occupants of the estate. This estate also has a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a children's play area.
In high season, a bar, a table d'hôtes and a small take-away service is available to residents. It is also possible to order bread and pastries every day in July and August.
