Stay in the heart of a hilly landscape of volcanic peaks and mixed forests, in a wild setting. This detached house, located on the edge of the woods, has a large enclosed garden of 4300 m² (wall or fence at least 80 cm high). Secluded yet easily accessible, this single-story cottage will charm you with its comfort and tranquility.
Nearby: the village of Queyrières (1.6 km), the Meygal forest, Le Pertuis (5 km, via ferrata), and St-Julien-Chapteuil (10 km, church, Jules Romains museum, all shops and services). The cottage comprises a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area (TV, DVD player) in front of the closed fireplace; three bedrooms (each with a 160cm x 200cm bed) and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm); and two bathrooms with toilets.
Children's play area, sandbox, ping-pong, pétanque, badminton, swing, sun loungers, parking, laundry/boiler room.
