The modern amenities of the “Sea-Lounge V” apartment set high standards for interior design in a relaxed lounge atmosphere. This small but custom-designed apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2020.
Its modern comforts create the perfect setting for an inspiring stay in the largest city on the German North Sea coast.
In addition to the quality of the furnishings, it’s the little touches that are sure to make your stay unforgettable—such as the 42-inch TV, Wi-Fi, the open kitchen area, the minimalist bathroom, and the cozy balcony with a view of the city.
This apartment has been furnished and decorated with great style and attention to detail. Everything here has been custom-built in a minimalist style. You can live comfortably here even in a compact space. A small entryway with a built-in closet leads you into this dream vacation apartment.
Immediately to the left is the tastefully designed shower room. To the right, you’ll find the living and sleeping area. The two 200x90cm beds can easily be pushed together to create a large sleeping area.
The compact and tasteful built-in kitchen is another highlight. A door leads out to the sunny balcony.
The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor (west side) of a well-maintained high-rise building.
Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be stored in the communal basement.
The pedestrian zone, shopping, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, a church, Havenwelten, and even the waterfront are all within a 2- to 15-minute walk. Thanks to this fantastic location, you can easily explore and enjoy our seaside city and its cultural offerings.

Free parking spaces are available behind the house, subject to availability.
In front of the house, there are paid parking spaces at a daily rate of €4 (Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
There are also free short-term parking spaces in front of the house, with a parking duration of up to 2 hours using a parking disc.
