The stylish features of the apartment 'Sea-Lounge' sets in terms of interior, high standards in a relaxed lounge atmosphere. Modern comfort combined with oak wood and the charm of maritime cosiness create the perfect setting for an inspiring stay in the largest city on the German North Sea coast.
In addition to the high quality of the equipment, it is the small highlights that should make your stay unforgettable, such as the 180 degree swivel TV, WiFi, the open kitchen area, the purist bathroom or the feel-good balcony.
Very stylish and with great attention to detail, this apartment was equipped and furnished. Everything was custom-made to measure. Beautiful living on a compact surface, perfectly used. A small entrance area with built-in wardrobe will take you to the gorgeous apartment. Right on the left is the tasteful shower room. Then you get into the living-dining area with a sleeping alcove in which there are two separate beds. The massive and tasteful fitted kitchen is also a highlight. A door leads to the sunny south-west balcony, which is already equipped with table and chairs.
The studio apartment is located in the 1st. Floor (south side) in a very neat high-rise.
Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be accommodated in the communal cellar.
Pedestrian area, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, church, Havenwelten and the water can be reached on foot in 2-15 minutes. The fantastic location allows you to easily conquer and enjoy our seaside city with culture.

Free parking is available behind the house upon availability.
In front of the house are paid parking for the daily price of 4 € (Monday - Friday from 8-19 clock and Saturday from 8-18 clock).
Furthermore, in front of the house also free short-term parking, parking for up to 2 hours with parking disc.
