This modern comfort creates the perfect setting for an inspiring stay in the largest city on the German North Sea coast.
In addition to the quality of the furnishings, it’s the little touches that are sure to make your stay unforgettable—such as the 43-inch TV, Wi-Fi, the open kitchen area, the minimalist bathroom, and the cozy balcony with a view of the city and the Geeste.
This apartment has been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail and a keen sense of style. Everything here has been custom-built in a minimalist style. You can live comfortably here even in a compact space.
A small entryway with a built-in closet leads you into this dreamy vacation apartment. Immediately to the right is the tastefully designed shower room. The entire bathroom has been completely remodeled and renovated. From there, you enter the living-dining area. On the left, you’ll find the custom-built sleeping area. The beds can be arranged separately or pushed together.
The compact and tasteful built-in kitchen is also a highlight. It includes an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and small kitchen appliances.
A door leads out to the sunny southwest-facing balcony, which is already furnished with a table and chairs.
The studio apartment is located on the 8th floor (east side) of a well-maintained high-rise building.
Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be stored in the communal basement.
The pedestrian zone, shopping, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, a church, Havenwelten, and even the waterfront are all within a 2- to 15-minute walk. Thanks to this fantastic location, you can easily explore and enjoy our seaside city and its cultural offerings.

In front of the house, there are paid parking spaces at a daily rate of €4 (Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
There are also free short-term parking spaces in front of the house, with a parking limit of up to 2 hours using a parking disc.
