Great location, apartment needs some work to make it more comfortable and a good clean.

Location great, free parking on site. Easy access with the lock box. Great communication from the hosts.

The apartment is looking very tired and in need of decorating and a few minor repairs. It needs a good deep clean as on the surface it looks ok, however not great after spending a few days there. On arrival the heating was completely off so very cold, taking all evening to warm up, not very welcoming in the middle of February! Garden not dog friendly, at first it looks all fenced in, however one tiny section of the fence is made up of decking boards leaving gaps which dogs could easily get through. Furniture not particularly comfortable.

A most peaceful and enjoyable stay . The unit was very private and spacious with ease of access

Being on the ground floor there was ease of access from both the parking and the street as well as a convenience store nearby.

The mattresses could have of a better quality offering improved comfort. Additional black-out blinds in the bedrooms. Shelf in the shower to keep gels, shampoo etc. Some simple dry spices like salt,pepper and herbs A broom, brush and a dustpan to clean items spilt. Possibly an outdoor tap to rinse off soiled walking shoes.

Friendly staff and everything we needed

Good facilities, handy parking and beds comfortable. Best bit was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. On the day we were due to arrive the fridge broke in the property which was nobody’s fault but staff informed me and went out of their way to make sure we had a replacement unit to use which was there on our arrival. They also called in on us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

The property is perfect if you have dogs which we didn’t but wish we did as I can see a very happy dog staying there.

The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location to local shops, and a lovely pub across the road.

There was no salt and pepper or a cheese grater. Wasn't a massive deal but would be nice to have in the kitchen.

We asked for a later check out as we were working til 3am the night before and had to be out at 10am...but it wasnat available for some reason... This couldnt be actioned...but we were checking out on a Sunday so we were slightly taken aback....

Amazing, pet friendly apartment. We will be booking again ASAP

A beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Everything looked brand new. Best of all free WiFi, free parking outside the door and dog friendly (no charge).

Friendly owners who were very helpful and communicated quickly. Free parking literally outside the door Great location (close to university to visit family attending) Clean, new, comfortable, modern. Giant TV! Spacious. No complaints at all. Free WiFi with great connection. DOG FRIENDLY!! and no extra payment for dogs. Ideal! This was why we chose this rental. We plan to visit my niece again whilst she's away studying and we won't be staying anywhere else!

Handy for the kid's

Apartment is very tired and in need of refurbishment,not the cleanest I've stayed in,went to use the microwave for kid's tea and was full of grease inside. On suite shower usable,could not adjust water temperature... definitely won't be staying there on our next visit

Comfortable, like home.

The apartment is lovely, with all necessary appliances. It was nice to have a warm welcome on the cold night we arrived. Plus, we received very prompt responses to all our enquiries. It’s in a quiet area, about 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. Also close by is a canal which is great to walk along. It’s also walking distance to the train station which would be great to access the nearby cities.
