Very comfortable and well equipped.

Location, decor, cleanliness, clear and concise instructions from the host.

Overall, we had a lovely stay in the appartment

Layout, cleanliness and overall feel of the apartment was very good

Additional blankets would have been welcome as the heating seemed to go off at 9pm. This, combined with the drop in temperatures in Nov, made night time a little chilly. This is only a minor point though !

Really top notch apartment, very clean and extremely well equipped. Hosts were responsive and helpful Area was commercial so was a bit noisy at night, but to be expected and the location was very convenient with shops nearby and the directions were great so it was easy to find

Only thing we noticed is the steam iron cord was kinked in a few places, one where you could see frayed cord and wires exposed. This for safety reasons should probably be replaced.

Lovely stay at Fab Apartment

We enjoyed staying in the Fab Apartment as it was very convenient with small children. Location was very good (a big Tesco around the corner and city center a short walk away) and the apartment was nice and quiet. There was everything we could have needed (exept a washing machine, but it sure would be hard to maintain and keep clean) and the two bathrooms were nice with six people. The place was all in all clean and tidy, but could still use a deep clean.

A perfect place for a short business stay

We liked having 2 bathrooms so we didn't need to share. We liked the proximity to the shops, we liked the coloured lights in each room.

Amazing flat !

Amazing Bedding, Nicely equipped, good rooms, very pleasant stay. Next to a tesco and a mcdonalds. Truly convenient.

The fridge wasn't really cold, even on the maximum setting.

Everyone enjoyed the stay and well worth it for 6 people.

I think the security deposit could be better displayed when booking as its at the bottom of the booking page and I missed it. I did think the WhatsApp message I got the day before to pay the £300 security deposit was a scam!!

Deposit of 300 pounds is required

Two room, each room has one double bed. There are two couches that turns into a bed. Clean bee, provide towels.

We had to pay a deposit of 300 pounds AND provide personal ID with the address shown on it even though the room was paid for in advance. I understand that perhaps this is to protect the place, but 300 pounds is a lot of money, and this information was disclosed under the policy section, so you really have to read through to see it. If paying 300 pounds was said upfront instead of hidden in the policy section, then it would have been better. And why do you ask someone's personal ID with the address? Creepy. Plus, the house was mediocre clean - a layer of oiliness in the kitchen. And the guests have to take the trash out - then why am I paying extra for cleaning service? And there can't be water on the bathroom floor - what the heck? It's a bathroom.

A beautiful apartment but not in the right location for us

It was a spacious apartment with everything provided that you would need for a comfortable stay.

The location was by a busy roundabout approximately 2 miles from the town centre near a large Tesco store. Located immediately by 4 takeaways busy late into Saturday evening.

Location worked really well for my needs, close to many food options and also near a supermarket and garage for fuel. The host was really helpful and the accommodation had everything you need for a comfortable stay and very clean and tidy.

Lovely flat

The self check in was easy and the flat was cozy and relaxing. The bed was really comfortable and the ceilings had ambient lighting. I really liked the decor and the flat was really clean. Tesco is just a few steps away. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

There was not a recycling bin. Although salt and pepper were provided, it would have been nice to have had some oil and vinegar as these are difficult to bring for a short stay.

Thoughtfully furnished with lots of resources like cleaning equipment and hand wash. The beds were so comfortable that we didn’t want to get up in the morning. smoke detectors and fire extinguishers around. lovely decor and kitchen is well equipped. Great location and parking at Tesco’s works fine.

It was slightly disappointing that the coloured LED controls weren’t working (batteries in the control panels were dead) but then not many holiday flats come with coloured LED strips around the ceiling so I can hardly complain about that! Shower screen round the bath leaks a bit near the hinge - bring the other bath mat in, to soak it up.

We had a enjoyable stay in Loughborough, but the apartment was not luxury as stated

No Breakfast provided as this was an apartment and not a hotel

For what is described as a luxury apartment, it is in need of work 1 - In main bathroom shower screen badly fitted so allows water to drip onto floor, it was luck that we worked out to pull shower screen inward to avoided any accidents - In general the bathroom is well presented 2 - Dining room chair are very badly stained 3 - Dining room table has a badly blistered surface 4- The plaster around kitchen window is missing 5 - Paint work around windows and door frames cracked 6 - Double glazing in bedroom and kitchen has bad condensation between the glass panes 7 - The entrance to the apartment is situated between two shops, this area is unkept and dark, as the light for the front door does not illuminate the alley way enough, the light only comes on when you are close to the front door. 8 - In general the apartment could do with a slight refurb

A nightmare!

The hosts were not expecting us,the apartment was not ready!after a wait,the care taker let us in and we had to wait while they prepared the flat. On arrival,The ceiling leaked water into the clinic downstairs and the host,Rupert insists it is my fault and is charging me for all the repairs even though the caretaker came and saw that the bathroom floor upstairs was completely dry and the water probably leaked through the plumbing. Rupert does not answer messages or calls regarding this. On the whole,a complete nightmare!
