Brand new modern luxury, close to the university. Fully equipped first floor apartment with parking. Large living room with two double sofa beds, two double rooms with King sized beds, luxury linen, wall mounted flat screen tvs. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, larder fridge, oven and hob. Lots of restaurants shops and take aways including a 24 hour Tesco Extra, all within walking distance. Perfect for short or longer stays.

Conveniently located close to a 24 hour Tesco, this two bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished in 2018. It provides all aspects of modern luxury. First floor apartment has superfast fibre broadband, large flat screen tvs in living and bedrooms, comfortable beds. the kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave larder fridge and cooker. All the pots, pans, plates and cutlery that you will need for an extended stay.
Outside there is plenty of free parking, a whole host of take aways, cafes and restaurants and a 24 hour Tesco, all within a few minutes walk.
The apartment is a short drive, bus ride, cycle or a manageable walk from the university.
Below the apartment is a beauty clinic run by the owners and attended reception is available from 10am to 7pm, seven days a week.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 300 GBP Damage deposit to cover charges including damages per stay.
