really nice, totally recommend

this is a return visit, so obviously i like the place! like the way there are no keys to collect, just a passcode, flat is well fitted out and perfect for a solo traveller or couple.

wasn't anything i didn't like, but being picky, the fridge door doesn't close properly, some lamps in the living room instead of the "big light" would have been good, a dishwasher would be useful, oh and please mind your head in the bedroom dorma window!! seriously though, the flat is perfect

Good location with excellent parking. Clean property. Easy key pick up and overall good organization of entrance.

As we were in the attic room I bumped up my head a few times from the ceiling as distance is low over the bed. No hangers in the bathroom makes washing really difficult.

Very nice flat - spotlessly clean and well kept. Nice and warm also. I had to phone the agent (my fault for not getting the door codes) and he was very friendly and helpful. Location was good - about 10 minutes from the town centre, 15 from the railway station and perhaps 20 from the Great Central Railway (our reason for being there).

The combination lock on the key box outside was difficult to read for me - fortunately one of the other guests had better eyesight! There were a few niggles (TV not working, Oven difficult) and we have left a note for the service team.

Great stay

Really clean and the perfect space for one or two people. Spacious and modern but warm and comfortable. The owners checked up on me to see if I needed anything on the first day, would absolutely stay again.

2 night stay, 2nd floor/1 bedroom apartment

Had a kitchen with all equipment including washer/cooler included.

mattress was badly worn and sofa felt rough. However did manage to get a discount of 15percent due to contacting about bed only, maybe should've mentioned sofa too. Also the bathroom was smelly/damp and window did not open. Overall place was much smaller than expected hence very stuffy, not airy at all. I think it would be worth investing an air purifier maybe. Also thermostat did not work.

房间非常干净，配有各种你想有的设施。进入也很方便，密码锁使用方便。由于处在居民区，晚上非常安静，睡得很好。

预定时没有告知需要押金，当然后来解释也能接受。暖气不知怎么使用，旁边也没有标注说明，导致三晚没有能开启暖气。地理位置有点偏。
