About this apartment rental
One modern-styled condo with a stunning view. This 1,100 square foot, 15th floor beachfront unit sleeps six, with one queen bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
It’s a wing unit, on the south side of the building, with two separate balconies. One faces the Island. Call it the Sunrise and Coffee balcony, where you can start the day by watching the rising sun light up the palm trees and turquoise waterways of Marco Island. The second balcony faces the beach. Call this one the Sunset and Cocktail balcony, where you can celebrate another day in paradise by watching the setting sun cast palm tree shadows on the grass and turn the blue sky fiery orange.
The Sunset and Cocktail balcony also overlooks the heated pool and the deck filled with sun loungers and tables shaded by tiki umbrellas. Paths wind through manicured gardens, alongside hedges and hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball beside Clam Bay. The South Seas offers countless other deluxe amenities, like a fitness center, charcoal grills and social room with daily activities.
A wooden boardwalk leads from this green oasis of relaxation to the silken white sands and turquoise ocean of Tigertail Beach, where you can search for colorful shells, swim in the warm water or just lie back and watch dolphins play in the surf.
The tropical ambience transforms into modernity inside the unit, where contemporary furnishings are brightened by the sunlight that beams through the surrounding windows. Brightly-colored walls and décor provide a pristine feeling as you sit on the comfortable sofas entertaining guests or watching the television.
The granite-covered kitchen features plenty of counter space and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the glass table overlooking the endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The bedrooms feature plenty of closet and draw space, and the master suite opens up to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to the gently sound of the waves blanketing the sand. The master bathroom even has a heated mirror in the shower.

We had an incredible 8-day stay on Marco Island in a stunning condo with a spacious kitchen and breathtaking views of the beach and sunset. The property was immaculate, and everything was well-prepared and organized upon our arrival. Marco Island Vacation Properties provided exceptional hospitality, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly loved every moment and would highly recommend both the island and this wonderful property for a perfect getaway.

The entire condo had recently been updated and is well kept. The view is beautiful of the pool and beach although you won’t get sunset views from the balcony. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach - the unit has all the beach essentials including wagon, umbrella and chairs which was very helpful. The property management team was easy to work with. Overall would recommend!

Our second stay in the Condo and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and location as in our first visit (see earlier post}.Although you cant see the sunsets from the condo it is dual aspect so we saw some glorious sun rises from the east facing balcony.All being well plan to return.

The property is very reasonably priced and gorgeous. Location is fantastic and the condo is very family friendly. There is an inexpensive veneer over the property- for example, the closet doors were falling off its hinges and the bathroom towel bar was broken. All this is fine except that the beds were AWFUL. No one wants to go on vacation to get a backache no matter how nice the views. Additionally, our other major concern is that the rental agency had additional conditions which are not generally on other VRBO listings, such as a 10 am checkout, and requirement to do all the laundry except what was used that last night (who wants to do laundry on their last day of vacation)? Overall, I would only recommend if other listings are not available.
