Extremely desirable south facing condominium with sunshine on your balcony all day. A perfect view of the beach and pool. Docks conveniently located in the community. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities for the kitchen, bathrooms, and beds were very well done and provided everything anyone would need. The only issue was figuring out how to get in the building the first time. Also, the code on the door to the unit was finicky, it almost always took 2 tries before the electronic door lock would actually release the lock. Other than that, everything worked great.

The beach view is partially obstructed and the walk out to the beach to the actual water was farther than we thought. The grounds were very well maintained and clean as well as the pool. The amenities were a nice addition if you like to play pickle ball, shuffle board, tennis, bocce ball, and putting greens. Centrally located to area restaurants. Our host was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We definitely will be back to Marco Island!

Very nice property, clean and as described. Great view overlooking pool and beach access. The entire gated community is huge with beutiful grounds and numerous amenities. Heide was very helpful and accomodating with information and communications. We cant wait to stay again.

The host was very communicative. The rental was very nice and as described. Widest beach I have ever seen and good seashells. The grounds are well taken care of and very nice. Peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend.
