Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. All you will need is your personal items.

We had a lovely stay in Marco Island. I appreciated the communication with Bob prior to coming. I have a shellfish allergy so cooking was something I had to do. He went and made sure I had some mixing bowls, which was above and beyond for me. The condo had everything you could want going to the beach and the kitchen was fabulous. The laundry was next to the unit and very easy to operate. The beach is a small walk but worth being so close. I would not hesitate to come again.

Great location with Easy in and out beautiful view of the water great landlord, very responsive no problems at all. Would go back again in a heartbeat. The condo was well stocked with most of what you would need for cooking lots of beach towels, and beach equipment really couldn’t ask for more

Too many rules for my taste. As soon as you get there, a rule book awaits. The condo was ok, but needs to be updated. I was surprised we had to buy our own toilet paper and tissues. The amount of disposable supplies was disappointing. I was shocked that I had to do laundry as the rule was you had to wash the beach towels before you left!
