Every room has an ocean view in this two-bedroom, 7th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
The spacious balcony extends the length of the unit and is furnished with a breakfast table and sun loungers. Start the day with your morning coffee, savoring the view of turquoise water streaked with sun and waves breaking on silken white sands of Tigertail Beach. At night, you’ll be treated to the bright orange skies of a spectacular Marco Island sunset.
The interior is every bit as inspiring. Every room opens up to the balcony, so the mesmerizing view is your constant backdrop as you relax in the living room or serve up a tropical feast in the dining area. Natural light brightens the colorful seaside décor and eye-pleasing furniture that’s as comfortable as it is stylish. This unit comes with three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night breezes off the ocean.
The kitchen features granite countertops and all modern appliances and cookware.
In the cozy bedroom, the bed faces the beach, so you’ll fall asleep to moonlight reflecting off the ocean and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

We had a great family vacation in Marco. The location was great and our condo was lovely, the grounds were very clean as well. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but we knew that from the pictures, the beach supplies definitely came in handy we had enough chairs and beach towels for everyone, the cooler that was on site did not have a top so we did purchase another one and left it for future guests as well as a boogie board. The beds were comfy, the balcony and view were beautiful. We really didn’t use the kitchen at all but it seemed well equipped. We would definitely return and stay here again! Marco Island is such a beautiful place to be!!

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable condo. Enjoyed the soothing colors and decor of beach theme inside. Beds comfy and kitchen stocked nicely. The balcony was wonderful with 2 lounge chairs, hi table and chairs and of course a beautiful gulf/pool view. Nice how they had games and more for renters to use. Marco Island has always been a favorite destination for my family:)

The condo we stayed in was very nice. The staff were pleasant and the unit was nicely appointed. The only complaint was the very loud HVAC system that was centrally located in the living space. The noise emanating from it was a bit much for an enclosed space.
