Newly remodeled and located in South Seas Tower 3, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, beachfront condo with wrap-around balcony offers amazing northwest sunset views of Tigertail Beach. No detail was overlooked, nor was a penny spared in the renovation of this condo. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. There is an electric Hamilton Beach Grill!
The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, large HD smart flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet. This one-of-a-kind condo is sure to please even the most selective traveler.

You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

This place is terrific! Newly updated, views of beach and stunning sunsets. The pool is clean and was busy enough to be fun but not crowded. Location cannot be beat, close to everything but beach feels remote. About three quarters of a mile walk to surfside but it’s an easy trip. Highly recommended.

Very limited supplies is the only reason not giving 5 stars. No extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, wash clothes, etc.

Great condo with amazing views! Very easy check in and check out process. I’d recommend to anyone and can’t wait to be back!
