Kitchen was completely renovated with all new floors, quartz counters and appliances. Hallway wall removed to open kitchen to a view of the Gulf.
Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom and living room all open to long balcony overlooking the Gulf. There is no better place to view the unforgettable Marco sunsets.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, separate dressing area and private bath, 2nd bedroom has twin beds.
Bathrooms - Both completely renovated with everything new - tile, walls and walk-in showers
TV in each bedroom and living room.
The condo is fully equipped and comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen is loaded. Linens and beach gear provided.
Laundry room on each floor.
Beautiful Pool outside the door on your way to the beach.
This is a nice quiet spot. Lots of fun available here - water and beach activities, golf, shopping, exercise room, movies, theatre, walking, restaurants and more. But many find themselves trapped in the glory of sitting on the deck and relaxing in the most beautiful spot you can imagine.
If I can't be there all the time I want someone to enjoy this place!

Great condo, Louise is super nice and helpful for anything you need. The only issue I ever have with South Seas is the gate security and Pool lady can be super rude.

Beautiful view and beaches! We enjoyed walking to the beach and watching the sunsets. The place was clean and comfortable. Louise was great to work with and provided accurate information and lots of extra information to make things go smoothly! Loved it and highly recommend. I miss Marco!

I love the property! Very happy with the view and cleanliness the condo. The owners are very polite and care about the happiness of our stay ! I love Marco Island !
