From our 6th-floor location, you can enjoy mesmerizing sunsets, watch the gentle waves kiss the shore, and witness the boat traffic passing by. Our condo is strategically placed, not too high or too low, and being on the south side of the building means you'll bask in plenty of sunshine and warmth for your well-deserved relaxation.
Our community boasts a generously sized heated swimming pool with an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs for your poolside relaxation. Additional amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, a marina, an exercise room, and the security of a gated community.
The Master Suite is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a luxurious King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom offers the full bed, and a bunk bed with additional pullout.
The kitchen is spacious and fully updated, equipped with marble countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice-maker, a built-in microwave, a counter-bar with barstools, and everything you need to prepare your meals if you choose to dine in.
In the living room, you'll be captivated by fantastic beach and island views. We've also provided a flat-screen television and DVD player for your entertainment. Complimentary high speed WiFi Internet has been installed in the condo, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

We have rented other condos in this condo community a couple of times before but this condo accommodated our family of 6 perfectly.With the bunk beds and the full size bed in the one room, all four of our boys were able to sleep comfortably.The views were awesome. We sat out every morning drinkjng coffee and just enjoying the sun. It was nice and quiet too. The area wqs chill and relaxing.Lots of rules at the pool but that didnt bother us as we were mostly on the beach.Condo was clean and spacious. Lots of towels available and enough kitchenware to service our needs.Just bring paper products… toilet paper and papertowels and tissues. Winn Dixie just down the street was convenient to grab those items.Nice short walk to a few restaurants.We tagged this place to remember for future visits. You wont be disappointed.

This was our best vacation ever! The condo was exactly what we wanted and needed. The Keurig didn’t work but there wasn’t anything that we’d complain about or what/need. It really was an ideal location and we would love to come back! Great memories made!

From the description and photos, we thought we would be right on the beach, no. It is a 20 minute walk from the condos to the water, a lot of people were saying this same thing while walking. The pool area is very clean, however, this truly isn’t a place for kids. They aren’t allowed to even jump in the water away from people. A lady that lives there yelled at me and my eight year old our first day, his first jump, because we weren’t aware. The condos are mostly older people unless traveling. Our condo was very nice, had everything we needed minus one of our rooms didn’t have any bedding and it wasn’t until we had been there for three hours housekeeping brought us bedding and damp towels. We come to Marco every other year and wanted to try a new spot but with a 2 year old and an 8 year old, this wasn’t for us.
