About this house rental
Lovely 2 story Spanish Colonial. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Spacious open floor plan with separate family and living rooms. First floor master suite with garden tub and walk in shower and vaulted ceilings. First floor guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor has two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins and a jack and jill bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's. The pool has western exposure for lots of sun and sunsets. Kitchen and baths renovated in 2015 and feature granite countertops. Tiled throughout first floor.

The setup of the house was great and there was plenty of room for a large family. The pool area and hot tub area was very nice and the house was well equipped with pool floats, beach equipment, and bikes. The kids really enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming in the canal from the pool. When we arrived the dryer was not working. I called the management company and they had someone out to fix it within a few hours.

Wonderful house in a great location. Had all the amenities you need for the pool and the beach. Property was very clean and spacious. The living room was missing blinds to the area that leads to the pool but it looked like they were in the process of installing them. Those are very much needed.
The only bad side is that there were a lot of spiders around the pool area. We would definitely stay here again!
