- Pool and beach amenities are used at your own risk.
🐢Sea Turtle Protection (May 1 – October 31)
During turtle nesting season, all blinds must be fully closed by 9:00 PM each evening. Interior lights can disorient nesting turtles and hatchlings. Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by the condominium association.
🍽️ Food & Wildlife - Please do not leave food on the balcony, as it may attract birds and other wildlife. For the same reason, food is not permitted in the pool area.
Liability Notice - Guests use the condo and its amenities at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Children must always be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.

Spent weeks searching for a condo that had everything we wanted on Marco Island & found this one which had it all! It’s affordable, on the beach, had 2 bedrooms so everyone had a bed, nice kitchen, dining area & living room, balcony, nice pool & gym & included everything we needed for the beach (wagon, umbrella, chairs, towels, buckets & shovels). Excellent communication with host. We would stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying at this condo: it's beautiful, peaceful, and it felt like home away from home. We also had excellent communication with the host. Looking forward to returning in the future.
