About this apartment rental
You can’t stay any closer to the beach than this 1,100 square foot, 12th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
If you want to discover Marco Island’s favorite attractions, you don’t have to read vacation sites. You just have to sit on your balcony and look out at the warm white sands, where you can search for colorful shells while the kids go skimboarding, or you can find a secluded spot to sit and watch dolphins play in the surf and pelicans swoop down in search of fish.
The turquoise ocean, sparkling in the sun, is the ideal place to snorkel for an up-close view of marine life, or to take a parasailing cruise or charter a fishing a boat. Beside the ocean, warm lagoons are surrounded by mangroves. Walk alongside them until you reach the shell hunter’s paradise of Sand Dollar Island.
No list of Marco Island attractions is complete without the spectacular sunsets of Tigertail Beach, and there’s no better vantage point than the beach, where you can sip an ice cold cocktail and watch the setting sun paint the sky orange.
The South Seas offers an equally long list of attractions. Take a swim in the heated pool then enjoy a picnic lunch beneath the shade of a tiki umbrella. Go for a morning walk along garden paths that wind through hedges and hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball beside Clam Bay. Enjoy a workout in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or participate in some of the daily activities in the social room.

We had a wonderful stay at 4-1209. Each room had a view of the pool and beach! The furniture was sufficient and bathrooms were good. Management company was very communicative and checked in right away giving us instructions for the week. We only missed the sunset as our view faces the other way.

The condo was well stocked. An abundance of towels and sheets. A beach cart would be helpful because of long walk to beach. Needs directions for tv in living room. Could not get live tv at all.

The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well supplied and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs and even a nice cooler with wheels. A wagon would be helpful for the long walks to the beach.

The high point of this condo was the beautiful view of the beach and the grounds were very well maintained. The balcony that went the entire length of the condo was also a definite plus!
The areas we were not as satisfied with was the condition of the condo. It was quite apparent that it was not swept prior to our arrival. They had just mopped as the floor was still damp, but there was visible dirt and dust on the floor, baseboards and furniture. If I were the owner, I would definitely be looking for a new cleaning service. The property looked as if it was decorated and furnished very randomly. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.
Be prepared for LOTS of rules. The pool security lady takes her job VERY serious and definitely looks out for the owners who live there. No music, food, drinks by the pool and you can't even throw a small ball while in the water. Lots of rules in the building, too. Can't shake towels over the balcony, can't throw trash down the chute past 9PM etc....All things to consider if renting for your family.
