La ubicación (cerca del mar, podías escuchar e, incluso, ver el agua en las piedras), la estructura y diseño (preciosa cristalera en la cocina), el jardín y las vistas de la casa.

En uno de los baños, había mal olor pero el dueño nos comentó que debíamos habérselo dicho para solucionarlo.
