Our host was excellent and communicated quickly. Keyless entry, games and puzzles were appreciated. It was great to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. The town has an active train system with train horns early in morning. We enjoyed our visit to the ark- it was so close and a late morning drive to creation museum helped with traffic. Great host.

This is a lovely old home in a tiny community in Kentucky. Very nicely decorated and brimming with amenities. What me and the 4 other ladies in the group appreciated the most was the stocked coffee bar! Well that and the fact that it is only minutes from the Ark Encounter. Angie is a most gracious host.

It was a great place to prepare for our VBS outing at Answers in Genesis the next day! (1.9 miles…5 minutes away from Ark!) Nice to have 2 different living room areas, as well as the 2 bedrooms on both ends…I felt like I wasn’t bothering my friend when I called my husband to check in right before bed, since the bedrooms were so far apart…and most definitely 2 bathrooms, even though it was just us 2 gals!

This was a perfect house for us! The 2nd bedroom was great for our son and daughter in law and their 2 kids. It's always nice to have 2 bathrooms also. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We were there to go to the Ark and it was only minutes away. This was a great place to stay for us!

Great location for visiting the Ark (10 minutes) & the Creation Museum (50 minutes)! Quiet neighborhood with off-street parking and a beautiful view behind the old pole barn in the back. The two restaurants we tried in town were not great. The kitchen at this house was stocked. WiFi was solid. Beds were very comfortable. Not sure we ever really figured out the auto-locking back door.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Arks Nest. Location was perfect! Close to highway and 5 minutes away from the Ark. House was clean and beautiful. If you prefer a warm sleep bring your own covers because you can’t sleep under the comforters and the blankets provided are light. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as listed and a perfect stay for visiting the Ark Encounter, only minutes away. Many amenities. It was raining, but we were able to sit on the front porch while waiting for the rest of our party. Plenty of seating inside and very spacious. Great host and communication.

We rented this property for 3 nights for our Visit to The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We enjoyed our stay (my children especially enjoyed having access to Netflix) and it was so nice to be able to relax in a roomy comfortable home after a long day of touring at The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

This was a great location if you are visiting the Ark. The description is true to form. It is an older home with sloping floors…nothing fancy but sufficient for a few nights stay in the area. The children loved the yard giving them a place to run around. The owner responded immediately to issues we had with air conditioning.
