High atop the rim of the Tahoe Basin and the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, Perennial Vacation Club’s 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Tahoe Village are ideally located to take advantage of Lake Tahoe’s unlimited year-round excitement.
Location: Upon arrival you will check in at the resort front desk at the Eagles Nest Lodge on Needle Peak Road. Your condo is in a resort building a few blocks away on Galaxy Lane, just past Heavenly's Stagecoach Ski Lodge. The Eagles Nest Lodge is the social gathering place for the Perennial Vacation Club with fireplace seating in the lobby, a bar, and lakeviews.
On the property you’ll find a picnic and barbecue area. Nearby are mountain biking, hiking trails, and Heavenly Ski Resorts ski lifts.
Accommodations: All photos are generic to this resort.
Warmly appointed condominiums feature living area, full baths, cable TV, phone, laundry facilities, and full kitchens that include basic cookware as well as plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Because of health and sanitation practices there are no spices, oils or consumables of any kind and you should plan to bring your own.
This condo is appointed with 2 bedrooms and provide 2 queens (or 1 Queen and 2 Twins) and 1 Queen sofa sleeper.
Other things to note:
Most condos have 40-81 stairs.
Please no pets and no smoking!

It was very easy to book online. Kitchen had the basic pots, pans, utensils. Bring your own spices, etc.
it’s listed as 1 & 1/2 bath. But it only had 1 bath and a sink in the master bedroom. Only 1 shower & 1 toilet.
Otherwise it was a very enjoyable rental, and the location near the stage coach lift cannot be beat

The room was clean, functional, but thin walled. (2 star) Stagecoach was a good location for NV skiing. The photo on VRBO is of the checkin building, only. The room was actually down in a valley. The different address is in the listing. Walk to lift is more like 20 min, up to the road. We drove to the lift lot each morning to avoid getting sweaty. Would have been nice to have an HDMI connection on TV. to link computers. Suggest more realistic photos of actual lodging. We'll stay somewhere else next time.
