Maximum Vehicles: 2 (parking placards must be displayed on driver's side dashboard; failure to park in designated areas or display placards may result in a $500 fine)
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, strictly enforced
The guest responsible must be 25+ and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
Elevator Notice:
The elevator is currently NOT working. Guests should be prepared to use 3–4 flights of stairs to reach the unit.
Elevator maintenance may take place during normal work hours, and occasional noise from repairs may be heard.
Winter Advisory:
Chains or 4WD may be required during snow conditions. No weather-related refunds. Trip insurance recommended.

Unit was somewhat spartan, but exactly as advertised. No real complaints. Love the jet tub in the bathroom. Lots of postit notes everywhere telling how to operate various things ... laugh-worthy, but useful. TV in 2nd bedroom didn't work so well ... but the TV in the master bedroom worked fine ... as long as you minded the the postit note to "press the buttons on the remote very hard." Wifi went out occassionally. Three flights of stairs were doable ... until I broke my leg (not a joke). No problems with management. Getting access to unit easy. Suggestion: Get a bigger TV for the family room ... c'mon, they're pretty cheap. If your wife and kids have been spoiled with luxury like mine, than this unit may not be for you. But, I give it a thumbs up.

I and my friends had a wonderful ski trip in this place. Couldn’t be closer to strategical lift than this unit, though you need to walk up stairs to reach this unit. We parked my truck and use it as ski locker. Well communicated and friendly host’

The property was exactly as advertised. A bit dated and no elevator, but exactly as I was expecting. It was a great value. It is the closest property to the stagecoach lift. It was nice to look out the window to see if it was running and people getting on before putting gear on. The few minor things that came up got immediate attention and checkin and checkout was a breeze. We will stay again in the future.

Room was clean and nice. A lot of stairs and inoperable elevator. Bunk Bed in one of the rooms was uncomfortable.
