About this apartment rental
From July 13 to October 2, 2025 there is no resort fee. (exception September 12, 2025).
We offer curated hotel quality units with the convenience of a private home and amenities of a world-class resort.

The property is a resort hotel with multiple units available, each of which were designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style of the unites is consistent, the layout and view may vary by apartment.
• Apartment style accommodation with 1032 sqf.
• Equipped kitchen ( pots, pans, cutlery ) + Washer & dryer (in the building).
• Full bath with hair dryer
• Big TV in the living room to entertain your group
• There is a Fireplace in the living room.
• Accommodates up to 6 people

This property is highly sought after for snow-related attractions, therefore, adverse weather conditions linked to snow do not fulfill the conditions for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances. We suggest that guests take out travel insurance, such as the one offered by VRBO during the booking process.
Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance.
→ This is a timeshare property, however there is no expectation for you to attend tours or sales pitches! The decision is all yours, feel free to decline.
→ Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account.
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.
→ Security Deposit: the resort will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. A temporary hold of U$115 per apartment will be placed on your credit or debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Rules for changing dates:
1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.
2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).

Family vacation in a ski trip and it was a fun resort to stay at. Indoor tennis court with the ball machine was really cool. They had lot of other activities to do as well. We ended up making a last minute decision to come in a day early and the vrbo room wasn't available but they were able to get us into a similar room and we were able to stay there the entire trip. Room and common areas were very clean. Staff was friendlier than most I've dealt with. We had a couple of issues, door was locked between rooms and pilot light for furnace was off, and they resolved them immediately, which was appreciated. One thing to note is that you will prob have to take a shuttle to the ski hill. There are ways to ski down or maybe use the people mover, but I'm guessing most spots at this location would be better to use the shuttle. From what i could tell it did run almost constantly so most of the time its no wait or a short one. I didn't know this heading out there, but there really aren't any real ski in ski out locations at heavenly.

Property is amazing. My family enjoyed all the amenities the property offers. The pool is at the very top of the mountain with great views of the scenery. The drive down to the casinos and south lake tahoe is only 15-20 minutes away which is not bad at all for the great value yiu are receiving in this place.

Pretty okay stay… Only reason I have rated it 3 stars is because there was no AC, it was a good ways away from anything, there were smushed bugs on the wall and hot cheetos scattered around the couch when we checked in, and the check in process was a wild goose chase!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, nice showers and our kids loved being close to the pool. One complaint is that it can get hot with no A/C and the windows only open up a small sliver, so hard to cool it down during the evening. It's also facing the afternoon sun, so you need to keep the drapes closed during the day if you don't want it getting too overwhelming. Still--nice place and nice facility
