*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 4 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

This beautifully and seemingly newly refinished condo is so convenient to Stagecoach lift, rentals and ticket window. The kitchen is well equipped and the silverware, towels and sheets were high quality. There are dimmer switches on all the lights and a humidifier for each bedroom. The parking was readily available. We had an issue understanding the finicky keycode (and initially tried the defunct lockbox)and got very quick assistance by phone. The only disappointment was the single ply toilet paper. I also would have found it helpful to have a paper with explanation on how to use/turn off the wall heaters in each bedroom and couldn't find the thermostat initially. We opened the windows at night since it was so warm out. They shut down part of the trails getting back because the snow is running out (we went under the ropes for our last run), but this March has apparently been highly unusual.

Place was awesome!! Can’t get better than 150 feet from the lift. Condo is updated and has everything you need!!

Excellent location! Quiet at night. At the time we rented, elevator did not work and we had to climb lots of stairs to get there. There is a lover at bottom for shoes. We left skis outside out door, wore street shoes down the stairs, and left street shoes in shoe locker. No ski lockers. This unit has been remodeled and is gorgeous. If you are allergic to feathers, careful, lots of down pillows. Property mgr was very responsive when we had questions or a need.
