High atop the rim of the Tahoe Basin and the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, Perennial Vacation Club’s 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Tahoe Village are ideally located to take advantage of Lake Tahoe’s unlimited year-round excitement.
The space:
Location: Upon arrival you will check in at the resort front desk at the Eagles Nest Lodge on Needle Peak Road. Your condo is in a resort building a few blocks away on Galaxy Lane, just past Heavenly's Stagecoach Ski Lodge. The Eagles Nest Lodge is the social gathering place for the Perennial Vacation Club with fireplace seating in the lobby, a bar, and lakeviews.
On the property you’ll find a picnic and barbecue area. Nearby are mountain biking, hiking trails, and Heavenly Ski Resort ski lifts.
Accommodations: All photos are generic to this resort.
Warmly appointed condominiums feature living area, full baths, cable TV, phone, laundry facilities, and full kitchens equipped with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, as well as cookware, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Because of health and sanitation practices there are no spices, oils or consumables of any kind and you should plan to bring your own.
This condo has 3 bedrooms and provides 1 King, 2 Queen (or 1 Queen and 2 Single) and 1 Queen sofa sleeper.
Guest access:
Entire condo. Community hot tub and summer pool nearby - hours and operation vary.
Other things to note:
ALL HOLIDAYS REQUIRE AT LEAST A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Most condos have 40-81 stairs.
Please no pets and no smoking!

Small but fun was able to sleep comfortably with 5 girls and 2 guys a total of 7 of us but it was something we all wanted really bad to do. Do to all of us going college in the fall

Overall a nice property, great location, easy access and parking. No surprises from the listing and the place was well stocked and we appreciated the linens and towels. Beds were very comfy but recommend a mattress topper for the pullout couch. The only disappointment would be the hot water. 8 person accomodations should have a larger hot water heater. We ran out of hot water much too quickly. Otherwise would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location is very centrally located to Heavenly Ski Resort and South Lake Tahoe amenities. Other than the many stairs, once you enter, the high ceilings and warm fireplace welcome you. It is clean, updated and the beds are super comfy!! The kitchen is small but well equipped. I would suggest, however, the owner buy a few things like a larger frying pan, 6 coffee mugs(the tea cups didn’t cut it for hot chocolate), a pasta server and a better toaster. Over all, it’s a nice place for a Tahoe getaway!
