About this house rental
The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. In an idyllic location, the vacation homes are grouped around the marina.
The light-flooded vacation house "Biber" is located at the edge of the complex and offers a beautiful view over the landscape. On the open sun terrace in front of the house you can relax on the deck chair or barbecue together in the evening. The vacation home is designed in Scandinavian style, the furnishings with lots of wood create a particularly cozy athmosphere.
The cottage has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites to a cozy dinner with the whole family. On the second floor gallery you can enjoy a unique view over the property through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cottage has two separate, bright bedrooms. The shower room with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.
Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern: hell, stylisch und mit Liebe eingerichtet.
Der weite Blick aufs Feld, bei einem Kaffee auf der Liege auf der Galerie. Die abendliche Stimmung am Kamin. Es war rundum perfekt.
In der Anlage wird noch sehr viel gebaut, aber wir wurden nicht davon gestört.
Perfektes Domizil für einen Kurztrip!

Sehr schöne Anlage. Da noch nicht fertiggestellt, war mit Baulärm zu rechnen. Es ist allerdings unangenehm, wenn die Bauleute direkt neben dem Frühstückstisch werkeln. Das war nur mit Tagesausflügen zu kompensieren. Kleine Anmerkung : Für Kanu- und Kajakfahrer ist das Hafenbecken sehr schlecht geeignet. Ein Steg mit geringerer Höhe könnte Abhilfe schaffen. Trotzdem ist die Anlage sehr schön und zu empfehlen.

Die Dame am Checkin war gar nicht gut drauf. Von Masken hatte sie auch noch nichts gehört. Dazu etwas unfreundlich und grummelig drauf. Als erster Eindruck eher schlecht.
Das Haus war leider nicht ganz sauber. Der Grill war verschimmelt, sodass man ihn nicht benutzen konnte.
Auf meinen Hinweis dazu an den Vermieter habe ich bis heute keine Rückmeldung. So kommen wir nicht wieder.
