Between water and meadow lies this cozy wooden holiday home in Scandinavian style in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse, directly at the sports boat harbor of the vacation home village.
The vacation home in 1st row to the water in the idyllic north of Brandenburg. You can enjoy a magnificent view over the harbor. The vacation home is modern and cozy Scandinavian style. Thanks to the gallery-like second floor and the huge panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the house is particularly bright and friendly. The view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle all around.
Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

Ein perfekter Ort, um der Hektik Berlins zu entfliehen. Das Ferienhaus war perfekt, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, und so komfortabel.

Sehr idyllische Lage, Radfahren, Kanu fahren oder im Liegestuhl entspannen, alles möglich.
Badeseen in der Nähe oder ein Ausflug an den Werbelinsee lohnen sich in jedem Fall.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig.
Bis auf die Fertigdusche, die sehr klein ist, ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet, die Terasse mit Liegewiese sehr schön, Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirm und Grill-alles bestens.

Das Objekt und der Not-Service in Hamburg waren sehr gut. Die Betreuung in der Zerpenschleuse Vorort war miserabel. Die zuständige Person hatte ständig private Termine, hat sich nie an die Service-Zeiten gehalten, war unfreundlich und alles andere als hilfsbereit. Das Objekt und die Lage sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
