Between water and meadow lies this cozy wooden holiday home in Scandinavian style. The vacation home in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse in the idyllic north of Brandenburg is located in the first row to the water with a wonderful view over the pleasure boats and the nature around the harbor basin. The vacation home is completely modern and bright in Scandinavian style. Thanks to the gallery-like second floor and the huge panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the entire house is flooded with light and the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape.
In summer, enjoy the fresh air and panoramic views of the canal from your private terrace. Also in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the water or through the snowy woods in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
The house also has its own jetty. Here you can approach your house quite comfortably from the water and park your boat directly at the jetty in front of the house.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.
The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Süßes Häuschen, sehr gemütlich.
Die Anlage ist schön und übersichtlich, leider kein Spielplatz und netter Fußweg in direkter Umgebung (alles Sackgassen bis auf den Weg ins Dorf).
Hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht :)
