Your Scandinavian-style vacation home is located in the first row to the water with a magnificent view over the boats and the nature around the harbor basin. The house is modern, cozy and brightly furnished. Through the large panoramic windows, which extend from the floor to the roof, the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape. On the open gallery on the upper floor, the view of the water is particularly beautiful.
In your own garden or on the open terrace you can wonderfully enjoy the sun and the fresh air. In the cold season, the stove in the living area invites you to make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fire. Here you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf die kleine Marina. Die Umgebung bietet viel Ruhe und Natur, Berlin ist aber auch erreichbar.
