In the middle of the newly developed harbor village Zerpenschleuse lies this beautiful vacation home in Scandinavian style. Enjoy the nature between water, meadows and forests in the idyllic north of Brandenburg with the whole family. The houses are grouped around the sports boat harbor. This vacation home is ideally located directly in the first row on the water, which allows you to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The access to the house is barrier-free. The small "market place", which is the promenade of the harbor village, is in the immediate vicinity of your house.
The vacation house is modern and comfortably furnished. In summer you can watch the setting sun from your private terrace and have meals together with the family. Here you will have high-quality garden furniture at your disposal. This house is also worth a visit in winter. The fireplace in the open living and dining area provides relaxation and cozy warmth with its crackling fire. In the bathroom, the high-quality wellness shower promises pure relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. This is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker, as well as children's cutlery and crockery. Even a soda water maker with cartridge is available in this house.
For children there is a ball, badminton game and other indoor and outdoor games. So it will never be boring and you can spend your vacation with the whole family in any weather. In addition, a high chair, a crib ( up to a maximum of 4 years), potty and step and a chest of drawers, which is also suitable as for changing diapers, are available.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

Summary of reviewsBeautiful and idyllic location by the harbor with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great for kids with a terrace facing away from the water. Many activities nearby like visiting Berlin or cycling tours in the countryside. Will definitely come back!

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurztrip nach Brandenburg. Das Häuschen liegt sehr idyllisch direkt am Kleinboothafen. Wichtig, Terrasse und Eingang liegen zur Wasser abgewandten Seite, so dass unsere kleinen Kinder beruhigt spielen konnten. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Inklusive Schuppen voller Spielsachen für draußen und Grill!
Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub vom sonst so hektischen Stadtleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Auch in der Nähe gibt es neben der Hauptstadt Berlin (35min mit Auto entfernt) noch jedemenge andere Sachen zu sehen, wie den Zoo in Eberswalde oder das Flugzeugmuseum in Finowfurt. Auch empfehlen sich diverse Fahrradtouren durchs Land.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. :)

Nicht gut ist, dass Tiefkühlfach und zwei Außenbeleuchtungen am Anbau, in dem Liegestühle etc gelagert werden, ständig in Betrieb sind, obwohl sie nicht genutzt werden. Der Stromverbrauch dafür ist unnötig, kann nicht abgestellt werden und muss von uns bezahlt werden.
