okay, until they start to force 50 euros extra.

They try to force from me 50 euros extra for linen, they say linen needed to throw away. Yes there was shokolade, whitch is washable, and .... 50 euro for linen? W.T.F ?

Great value for money!

The Koje Hostel is a great value for money. I really liked the self-check-in process and the fact that I had a private room, although I was told to share my room with others. The facilities were very clean as well.

The Hostel doesn't give towels to customers, which would have been a nice addition.

The location is very bad if you don’t have a car. Taxis come in 1 hour, there is only one option to go to the city center is a bus

Awful! Never again!

When I booked the hostel I expected that it woiuld be some sort of student accommodation. But it was not. The hostel seemed being very popular among drunk polish track drivers, who were spenging their nights there on a daily basis. The hostel doesn't look dirty, but the SMELL of smoking and sweat and machine oil is penetrating even the air outside the building! My window looked onto the entrance yard and I could not even open the window because all those men, who didn't even speak German no English, were smoking all the time, drinking beer till very late, making noise and overall the picture was not very pleasant. In addition, I didn't have any airconditioner or ventilation in my room and it smelled awful!!! To be honest I felt very uncomfortable and even scary in this place. I didn't know what to expect from the bunch of drunk dudes. Besides, there is not reception desk and basically no one who seemed to be working there. To finish, I NEVER ever book this place again and WON'T give any recommendation to stay there.

It was modern, clean, no staff was there for check-IN (Be careful not to make mistakes otherwise there is noone to help you).

Exceptional

This is truly a wonderful find in scenic Lohbrügge on the outskirts of Hamburg. The staff were as welcoming as could possibly be, particularly Krystyna and Sebastian, the concierge, Edyta, was also wonderful. It's easy and quick to get to the city center from here, the bus stop is right around the corner, just 5 min. to the subway. Lovely maritime themed hostel, cozy and with a kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. So happy I took a chance on this place a little off the beaten track, sometimes risks pay off !

Superb

The staff is very good and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The whole hostel seemed very new and modern with multiple door point entry. Hence, making the property very secure.

It takes nearly 40-50 minutes to reach the City centre, Hbf regions. Apart from that, there is no problem. The staff is very friendly, also gave me a car ride when they saw me on the street walking from Bus stop to hostel. I was before my checking time, they understood and tried to help to all the problems.

AMAZING, just don't mess up the booking and bring soap!

Amazingly clean. Although the showers are shared, the shower rooms are individual so it feels private. All the facilities were cleaned, including the towels felt very clean.

Luckily there was someone with us who could communicate in German (we had to change the booking). Towels are available, but you need to bring soap and shampoo.

Kleines einfaches, sauberes Hostel. Personal sehr hilfreich und freundlich!

Die Lage war für mich sehr gut, da ich jeden Tag meinen Mann im nahegelegenen BG Krankenhaus besucht habe. Das Hostel war für mich ein willkommener Ruhepunkt. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Ein Garderobehaken für Mantel/Jacke bei der Tür wär eine gute Ergänzung. Vielleicht auch ein kleiner Tisch und ein Stuhl/Sessel!

Leider nicht so, wie beim ersten Besuch.

Parkmöglichkeiten. Betten waren komfortabel.

Sauberkeit primär im Bad. Die Dusche und das Bad waren selbst für normalgewachsene Erwachsene sehr klein. Das automatische Check-In funktionierte nur widerwillig. Sowohl beim Ein- und Auschecken. Den Kaffe aus dem Automaten haben wir nach Erhalt dann doch wegen hygienischen Bedenken wieder entsorgt.

Die Parkplatzsituation. Alles relativ eng. Ein Bulli stand außerhalb der Parkfläche und hat das rangieren schwer gemacht. Vorn die Parkflächen relativ eng, wenn es größere Autos sind. Außerhalb des Geländes, unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Podría salvar en una emergencia, o si solo estás de paso y arriendas auto.

La habitación estaba bastante limpia. El check in es bastante expedito.

La ubicación no es para nada recomendable si tu intención es ir sólo algunos días a Hamburgo y conocer el centro de la ciudad. La ducha tiene un sistema incómodo, que evita que el agua salga de manera constante. El control de la TV estaba sin pilas. La cocina bastante básica, sin siquiera dispensador de agua. Por último, no hubo nunca reposición de papel higiénico, y no había nisiquiera shampoo para la ducha. Son mínimos que hacen sentir bien al cliente. Como no hay personal constantemente en el hotel, hay huéspedes que hacen lo que quieren, haciendo ruido a altas horas de la noche sin que nadie pueda decir nada.
