Location and staff were excellent. We always choose to stay in this hotel when we are in Santo Tirso which is usually twice a year. The rooms are great and staff are extremely polite and helpful. Great breakfast.
Parking can be an issue but always found a place to park.

only thing was some french guests making noise in the hallway at 7am... but that's not the hotel's fault...
