Excellent location and excellent quality of facilities. The staff was all very helpful and this was a great place to stay for a weekend exploring the town.
Only minor complaint is that they didn’t manage the people in the spa area well. I was told there were only ever a small number of people allowed in the facility and that’s why I had to make a reservation. However on one of the mornings I showed up, the lady at the reception of the spa was saying there was already 20 people inside and I could hear kids screaming. Then another family of 8 people came to enter with their kids…ultimately just not a calm experience for a spa. Again, otherwise the rest of the hotel was amazing

Welcoming lounge area, great swimming pool , comfortable beds & great location.
Had stains on the bed sheet - but fixed up after I showed the photos.
The gym is an afterthought (missing low kg weights & air con only when staff are around)

For a 4* hotel, there was no tea making facilities in the room unless requested.
Even though I was allowed to checkout late at 1pm, at 1230pm the room lights were switched off to force me to leave. Not a good experience
