All staff was looking sad, one of them was smelling cigarettes (at the breakfast).
Asking for room service we had to go downstairs (bar) because the lady on the desk has refused to take our order … ridiculous. So my husband had to go down to the bar and place the order noticing the gentleman behind the bar was also not the most nice member of staff …. All the idea of room-service is around “not leaving” the room.
The bread served for breakfast was standard (find a way of keeping it “fresh”.
To work with people is not a easy thing, however, hospitality staff must be prepared to leave their problems at home, smile and be there for their customers. Simple as that.

70's decor vibe. cleanliness, big room and comfy bed, friendly staff, spa facilities.
Lack of coffee in room. Breakfast while reasonable choice, juice and hot options average quality.

The gym closes at midday on a Sunday!
The breakfast was below standard - no oat milk, cheap quality products. The worst I’ve had in a very long time.
I asked to borrow a yoga mat for my room but was told it’s not allowed! I understand things may go missing, but come up with a solution that works for the guests and the hotel. Again, this is the first hotel where this request has been denied.
The quality of the red wine offered as a free welcome drink was undrinkable!
The room was fine but sadly the hotel is brought down significantly by the very sub-standard delivery of everything else.
