Very clean and centrally located.
The parking was a little difficult due to extensive local building and roadworks.

Location, view, amenities, size and staff.
Could use a little updating to be perfect. A few instant coffee packs would be nice. No live tv on the tv from what I could figure. These issues really didn’t impact my stay.

It is centrally located with parking nearby
The kitchen was poorly equipped, very little cutlery, no teapot, no bowls. The hall carpet was damp. I'm not sure if it had to be shampooed or if something was spilled. A small amount of basic ingredients like salt and pepper would have been helpful. Breakfast was the only meal we planned to have in the flat, but even something as simple as scrambled eggs was challenging.
