Cosy flat

The flat was compact but ideal for 2 people. Well located with car parking. Owner messaged with all the information required for access and parking. Responded very quickly to questions.

It is centrally located with parking nearby

The kitchen was poorly equipped, very little cutlery, no teapot, no bowls. The hall carpet was damp. I'm not sure if it had to be shampooed or if something was spilled. A small amount of basic ingredients like salt and pepper would have been helpful. Breakfast was the only meal we planned to have in the flat, but even something as simple as scrambled eggs was challenging.

Great location with good facilities

Great location and had all the facilities we needed, a real home from home. Being on a road trip for a few weeks, having the washing machine was great, especially as there was clothes horse to hang clothes on to dry. Very proactive host who checked we had arrived ok and there were no issues. Very quiet flat with views across the harbour. Perfect location for a couple of nights whilst doing the NC500.

The shower room was a little small and a few more baking trays/cutlery would have been good.

Comfortable flat is an ideal touring base.

The location is close to Wick town centre. This flat is ideal as a base for touring this part of Scotland. It has all the facilities needed. Good instructions were provided prior to our stay. The flat was clean and tidy upon our arrival.

As with many towns Wick is a little run down in the old centre, but there are various cafes, restaurants, and take-aways. On the outskirts of Wick are the bigger supermarkets where provisions can be obtained.

It was very comfortable, and I would recommend this flat!

The flat is spacious (bigger than it looks in the photos), clean and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, with a large fridge, cooker, oven, plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery etc. There is even a washing machine. The location is convenient, in the centre of town. In advance of our arrival, Tony sent us detailed descriptions (with photos) of how to get the keys to the flat and how things work.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Pet friendly, well appointed property in a central location with excellent local amenities.

The instructions re: gaining access and using the flat facilities were clear and concise. The flat itself is centrally located and makes it a good base for those wishing to visit everything in the surrounding area. There was also information provided on things to do for anyone not familiar with the area. The flat itself wanted for nothing, was comfortably fitted and had manuals available for all kitchen equipment. For anyone travelling without their own transport, the area has excellent travel links and is well served with public transport,

Absolutely recommended!

The whole experience was great. Easy contact with the landlord, the flat was located very close to the Wick Youth Club where my son had his competition. The flat was also equipped, nice and clean.

Everything was great. Wick's town centre isn't the most beautiful however that has nothing to do with the flat we rented.

Central location, well decorated with all the kitchen and facilities you’d hope for. Clean and tidy and good communication from the property manager.

The outside entrance to the flat was very tricky on the snow and ice as it is up a laneway that is not gritted in bad weather.

Would definitely stay in the apartment again, it is convenient and well priced.

Location is excellent, the apartment was clean and tidy and nice and cosy. Full size cooker was excellent for doing multiple pizzas! Cleaning products were supplied along with basics of tea, sugar etc.

The instructions for getting to the door of the apartment were adequate, although it would have been useful to know that if you were arriving in the dark then a torch was needed. A torch is needed to navigate the path when you are returning at night in the dark.

Had what we needed but was all a bit hotchpotch.

Free parking a little way from flat. Can park nearby to unload but still a walk up a passage and 2 flights of narrow stairs…..not a problem for us but might be for some. Flat was quite run down in areas….needs a bit of tlc and revamping. View was of traffic crossing a bridge…..not really the nice harbour view we expected!
