Never had breakfast,didn't know if included.Great pric in incredibly over charged accommodation in Scotland. Usually go to Wales in summer, no midges and far cheaper prices.

Unbeatable price for East Lothian. Somewhere between a hostel and a hotel, like a private house or house-share. Full kitchen (shared) could be really useful to self cater while travelling, without the expense of renting a whole house.
Communal bathrooms and kitchen a bit of a challenge when used to hotels. Room smelt a bit musty, though bedding clean. Bathroom and kitchen could be cleaner. All functional.
