Great location & easy instructions to access the keys before entering. The Coal Office had everything needing for a stay in Speyside with plenty parking outside as well.

Great apartment, super clean, great location.

The double bed mattress is clearly decades old, with two deep, permanent dips where countless guests have slept over the years. The indentations are so pronounced that your back is unnaturally curved in any position, making restful sleep nearly impossible. A hard ridge runs between the dips — likely the result of collapsed or deformed springs — adding to the discomfort, so forget about cuddling or rolling over. The mattress is well past its usable life and urgently needs replacement. Also, the 2nd morning there was no hot water!!!
