老闆接待滿分💯 而且非常親切，服務非常周到。 到達時會親自出來迎接，甚至幫你拿行李上樓。 房間溫馨舒適，當你回家時暖氣都已經幫你打開了。 老闆很熱心，會提供附近雪場的建議，任何需要幫忙的他都會幫助你，在這邊你可以感受到滿滿的人情味。

Tools had their own bathroom which is great. Most places in Japan don’t have this.

This place needs some work, I don’t often leave reviews but I will in this case. Hotel is out of the way and is very isolated. Do not stay here if you don’t have a car! The rooms had little furniture, just mattresses on the floor, the pictures when you book don’t reflect this. We wanted western beds and they were spring mattress and the springs poked through. Probably up there with the worst spring mattress I have ever slept on. Breakfast is served at 8am which is kind of late if you want to head up the mountain. We did request breakfast early and we were accommodated, but it consisted of a loaf of bread and spreads. The drying room must be turned off at night, so the gear didn’t dry which wasn’t great for the kids gloves.
