距離雪場非常近，步行去餐廳距離也很友善，早餐很溫馨，工作人員都很棒

Great location for the ski lifts and snow. There was also a games/Arcade area attached which was nice

The Onsen was cold each time I went to use it. The sauna was not working each time I want to use it. There is no refund policy even when leaving eailer. They charged for Onsen tax but was unable to use being that is was cold. The bathroom was very basic which a very average shower curtain leaving the bathroom wet after every use. Had booked a 3 bed room which they changed us to a 2 bed room meaning less space for us yet still charged the same price. We asked for a room for a double bed so I could be in the same bed as my partner if they were going to change our room which they did not. The pillow were rubbish being plastic beeds and very uncomfortable. We arrive eailer but they were firm on not letting us check in eailer at all even though the room was ready. The room had AC which they wouldn't let us use and we had to use only the heater in the room which was fairly old and average Overall will probably book somewhere else next trip
