To the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars and to the rear is an enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. 23 Ryden Avenue is a wonderful choice for a family escape to Lancashire. Please note: None of the beds are zip/link beds and cannot be converted into singles. Please note: This property comes with a good housekeeping bond of £100. Trouble with the central heating and hot water phone the owners were good to come and kept getting it sorted but it kept happening and the day we left we had no hot water or cental heating
