Rynek Market Square Tectum Apartments

The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it very convenient to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, our room faced the opposite side of the building and did not have the market or church view that some rooms offer which is fine for us.
 However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The building does not have a lift with the staircase in an old-style building. When returning at night, there was no light on the ground floor as it was broken, so the entrance and stairs were completely dark, which felt quite unsettling. I had to use the flashlight on my iPhone until I reached the first floor, where I was able to turn on the light. It was quite scary returning to the accommodation at night because of the old-style staircase plus the darkness at least for us. 
Another issue was the shower. The water temperature was very inconsistent, constantly changing from extremely hot to very cold. It was difficult to take a comfortable shower.
 Overall, the excellent location and clean room are definite positives, but the lack of lighting on the ground floor at night and the inconsistent hot water need improvement.

unfortunately the shower was not working properly it would be boiling hot then turning freezing cold alternatively no consistent temperature flow

Świetne położenie, czyściutko. Mimo, że w Rynku hałasy nie docierały do apartamentu. Dobry kontakt z personelem.

Świetna lokalizacja, na samym rynku. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą.

Mieszkanie położone na 3 p starej kamienicy co ma swoje plusy i minusy. Klatka schodowa bardzo obskurna, obdarta, poniszczona, śmierdząca, bez windy. Dziecko bało się wchodzić i wychodzić z mieszkania. Jednak największą wadą jest zapach w mieszkaniu, to nie jest zapach starej kamienicy, ale brudnych, przepoconych mebli tapicerowanych. Nie pomaga całodzienne i nocne wietrzenie. Kanapa w salonie brudna, poplamiona, starch siadać.
