Super lokalizacja, przyjemny widok z balkonu. Praktycznie zaaranżowana przestrzeń. Duża łazienka, kuchnia do dyspozycji. Dostępny wiatrak. Wygodne łóżko.
Drzwi od prysznica i szafki w łazience się nie domykały, brak deski do prasowania, brak suszarki do ubrań. Mnóstwo pająków.

Dużo kurzu wszędzie, uszkodzone okno, przydałoby się parę poprawek kosmetycznych by odświeżyć wnętrze, hałas co niestety jest konsekwencją lokalizacji

Wspaniała lokalizacja, przestronny apartament. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie.
Jednak jak jest bardzo gorąco, brak klimatyzacji to duży minus. Dodatkowo słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Brak porządnych misek na zupę. I strasznie głośno wieczorami i w nocy, ale to z powodu lokalizacji - centrum plus tramwaje. Ale brałam to pod uwagę, wybierając miejsce
